Focus: The Women's Resource Center of Charlottesville has experienced considerable change over the years. Due to the evolution of change, we have hired a professional team to totally enhance the image and business practice of our Teensight Programs. We are very pleased to welcome and introduce Focus' new Teensight Program Staff. Michelle Ba'th Bates, Program Director, assumes daily responsibility for each program to Charlottesville, Monticello and Albemarle High Schools, and Buford Middle School. Ms. Bates has a Bachelor's in Organizational Management and wrote an empowerment program to counter negative choice behaviors for youth and adolescents. She has a solid customer service training and marketing background; and plans to enhance her programs using a non traditional approach for addressing adolescent issues in an effort to produce positive outcomes

Program Information TEENSIGHT works with... teens in the schools teens and young adults looking for job training, teens at-risk of becoming parents.
